Shipping policy

Shipping within Lagos & Ibadan takes 1–2 working days while other states in Nigeria takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery to some locations may take up to 7 working days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

Returns may be considered if an item arrives damaged, with a broken cap or leaking bottle, incomplete, or incorrect.

Please email potiobeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
